Withdrawal from school

  • One month notice in writing is required for the child’s withdrawal from the school. Duly filled up ‘Parent Request Form’ (available on the website/school office) has to be submitted for communicating the same.
  • Applications for withdrawal must be signed by both parents/official guardian. No T.C. application will be entertained during vacations (Summer, Puja and Winter).
  • The fees for the notice period and the bus fees (if availed) up to the period for which the facility is availed must be paid before the TC can be issued. No T.C. will be issued unless all fees are paid in full and library books returned.
  • Rs.200/- will be charged for the issue of a Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
  • Promotion to the next class will be mentioned in the Transfer Certificate if the last date of attendance is not earlier than the last working day of the session.

Withdrawal of application for Transfer Certificate

  • T.C. application may be withdrawn by submitting a written application duly signed by the parents, stating the reason for cancellation. Such applications will only be entertained if submitted before the date of withdrawal stated in the TC application.
  • If the application for cancellation of TC is submitted after the date of withdrawal mentioned, admission fees will be payable. All fees applicable will have to be paid before the child is allowed to resume classes.
