Aditya Nandy (Class of 2021)

Aditya Nandy (Class of 2021) joined Indus Valley World School in Class 1 in 2008 and from the beginning, showed a deep interest in Mathematics and Science. He writes:

“The teachers at IVWS were very supportive and helped me every step of the way.” In Class 12, under the guidance of the teachers of IVWS, he participated in the Infinity Mathematics Championship, hosted by the Aditya Birla World Academy, in which he received the Best Mathematician award. In Class 12, Aditya scored 96.2% in the Board exams and secured AIR 1160 in JEE Mains, AIR 1665 in JEE Advanced, and State Rank 40 in the WBJEE. He is currently studying Electrical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur and is associated with the Technology Robotix Society of IIT Kharagpur as Head of Innovation and Projects.


Himaghna Roy (Class of 2023)

Himaghna Roy (Class of 2023) is pursuing Electronics and Communication engineering at BIT Mesra. This is what he has to say about his years at IVWS:

Deepayan Bose (Class of 2021 – 2022)

Deepayan Bose, a student of the Class of 2021 – 22, is pursuing B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University. This is what he has to say:

Iman K. Chakraborty, a student of the Class of 2021-22 is pursuing Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kalyani. This is what he has to say:

We are delighted that IVWS alumna Shreya Banerjee (Class of 2019) won the Google Dialogflow CX (Global) Competition. She built a voice assistant for helping elderly people use different Google technologies such as Gmail, Gpay, YouTube, Google Duo and Google Play Store. After completing Grade XII from IVWS, Shreya did her BE and MSc from BITS Pilani (Hyderabad campus). She was among the top students to win a 100% scholarship from Google. We are very proud of Shreya’s achievement and are confident that there will be many more accolades to follow.

My journey at IVWS started in 2020. As a new student I had doubts and a slight sense of nervousness, but the constant support of the school’s staff encouraged me to integrate into the school’s student body with ease. My position as Co-Curricular Activities Captain gave me a massive opportunity to hone my leadership skills.
