World Heritage Day was celebrated by the students of Grades I-V in varied ways on 16 th and 18 th April 2021. It is very important that our children learn to acknowledge all the various tangible and intangible heritages of the world and understand their immense value. On 16th April the students of Grades I and II were shown pictures of some celebrated monuments, buildings and structures. They were also shown a PPT and a fun quiz was played with them. On 18 th April the students of Grade III were given a drawing of the Taj Mahal and were encouraged to fill it up with their own doodling They enjoyed this new art form and also understood the importance of preserving monuments and sites. On 16thApril students of Grades IV and V participated in an online quiz prepared by the Student Council and were awarded certificates of appreciation.
