The much awaited Annual Mini Sports Day of Indus Valley World School was held virtually on Friday 28th January 2022, with great zeal and excitement.The theme of the Mini Sports Day was EPL-‘Enjoy, Play, Learn’ which emphasizes learning practical life skills through play.

The celebration commenced at 10:00 AM by welcoming our honourable guest, Ms Suman Sood, Director BD Memorial School. Her short but effective speech inspired the little children.

The sports meet opened with children ready to perform their fitness regime ‘Jumping Jacks’ ‘Star Jump’ ‘Raising Legs ‘and ‘Windmill’ conducted by the Indus Valley World School Sports faculty.The children mesmerised the online audience with their energetic performances.

The second part of the Sports Meet was all about fun games,namely ‘Pair and Wear’ ‘Hands-On as Grow,’ ‘Cleaning up is Fun,’and ‘Water Balance’ activities.The children completed their challenges with great ease enjoying every moment of the game. A great deal of interest was observed from the students who cheered their classmates and encouraged each other. Parents were delighted and conveyed their sincere thanks to all the teachers and school management for arranging such an enjoyable sporting activity for the children in these difficult and unprecedented times.
