Beating the January chills in the air, heart of the ‘city of Joy’, the Kolkata Red Road, witnessed another awestruck event, ‘The Kolkata Police Half Marathon ‘, organised by the Kolkata Police to promote the cause of Safe Drive Save Life and making the city roads friendlier among the masses. Students all across city schools joined to support the initiative and Indus Valley World School was no exception. Vineet Pandey, Md Sahil Abbas and Ishan Dutta of IVWS finished the 5k run in record time. IVWS has always been instrumental in supporting all the initiatives of Kolkata Police and thrive to bring about social awareness through similar initiatives by working hand in hand with Kolkata Police and Kolkata Traffic Police.
