IVWS ANNUAL CAREER FAIR, 3 rd EDITION – SEPTEMBER 20 2025
IVWS believes that career counseling is crucial for young individuals to help them make informed decisions about their career paths. It not only enhances self- awareness but also helps them to understand their true strengths and interests. It empowers them to choose careers that align with their aptitudes and aspirations, fostering a more satisfying and productive work life. With this motto, Indus Valley World School, in collaboration with Student Outreach organized its Annual Career Fair, 3 rd Edition, on September 20, 2025. In order to make the Fair more meaningful, a special Career Talk was organized for the students and parent alike where Mr Ajay Sharma, a veteran career counselor addressed important questions like why a Career Fair is important, the impact of the rapidly changing world on career options, the growing spectrum of new age career choices and the evolution of many new universities offering such career paths. The large hall in the school campus buzzed with activity from 8 am to 12.30 pm as the students of Grade X to XII, along with their parents visited the fair in large numbers. Thirty eight renowned universities like Ashoka, Flame, OP Jindal, Krea, Rishiwood, Dayanand Sagar and many more participated in it. The event saw an overwhelming response from the students and their parents. They were more than happy to have got the opportunity to interact directly with the university representatives, who in turn were satisfied with the very high footfall.
