On 29th August, IVWS hosted 18 city schools in the Yoga and Chess competitions. It was a wonderful morning where so many students had congregated from the different schools to showcase their talent.

The Yoga competition was judged by four experts, namely Ms. Arpita Basu, Mr. Sandip Paul, Mr. Ashim Sarkar, and Mr. Nabin Mondal in the girls and boys categories respectively. Both categories had groups according to the classes that students belonged to (Classes 4-9).
The champion school in the Boys’ category was Agrasain Boys School and in the Girls’ category, it was Indus Valley World School.

The Chess tournament saw a knockout league that saw the emergence of the top three players at the end of the day, namely from The Future Foundation School, Scottish Church Collegiate School, and St. Lawrence High School respectively.
