‘Life isn’t about finding yourself, Life is about creating yourself’, rightly said by Bernard Shaw. Indus Valley World School celebrated Grandparents Day with huge pomp and show. They are the root of a family who share their values, experiences and their selfless love. They are a delightful blend of laughter caring deeds, wonderful stories and love. The immense love they bestow upon their progeny is unfathomable.

Throughout the month the school witnessed excellent programmes to celebrate
this wonderful bond. The children were excited to perform for their grandparents. The events which consisted of songs, dance, drama, skit recitation, fashion show were appreciated by the grandparents. The overwhelming feedback was a feather to the cap. They thoroughly enjoyed the Antakshari which was conducted for them. They tapped their feet and danced to various tunes. An enthralled grandparent said “I wish every morning commences like this.”Grandparents bring out the best in their grand children. Their profound wisdom experiences are worth sharing.
