“The purpose of the flower show was to stimulate family bonding and to usher in the season of flowers with IVWS students of Pre-primary and Primary section along with their parents. The vigour and fervency with which the families displayed their creativity while arranging the flower pots on the theme ‘ Love/ Smile’ was not only impressive but also made it quite difficult for the panel of six judges to judge the competition.“- Ms.Anita George, Principal of IVWS.

According to the judges, the selections of the flowers were appropriate to the theme they exhibited. Indrakshi Ghosh, a student of class IV along with her parents came 1st. Abharajit Sikdar, Ronak Sen along with their families were adjudged 1st and 2nd runner up respectively.
