Indus Valley World School in collaboration with CII organised a Career Guidance programme on 30 July 2019 for the parents and students of Classes 10,11 and 12. The panel of experts comprised of Professor Dilip Shah, Dean of Student Affairs at the Bhawanipur Education Society College and founder of the youth wing of the Bhasha Parishad, Kolkata, Ms. Subhashree Chander, an HR professional with over 30 years of experience and Mr. Sushanta Sinha, an IT professional working in TCS for the last two decades. The session began with a welcome by the Director .Ms.Amita Prasad and the session was moderated by the Dean-Arts. Ms.Priyadarshinee Guha. The speakers spoke about the confusion and difficulties faced by students at this critical juncture in their lives. Prof. Shah enthralled the audience with examples of creative entrepreneurship that could trigger the young minds. The session concluded with questions addressed to the panelists by parents and students.This proved to be an initiative to make the students think about the innumerable career options that are open to them in the 21st century
