On January 31, 2025, 43 Grade XI-Science students attended a half-day informative session at FSSAI National Food Laboratory, Kolkata. The workshop aimed to educate students on food quality, hygiene, and proper food habits. Through interactive sessions and hands-on experiences in the Microbiology and Chemistry lab sections, students gained knowledge on food safety, testing techniques, and the Eat Right India initiative. The session concluded with mentors addressing students’ queries, and we appreciate FSSAI’s efforts in organizing this informative session.
