IVWS sincerely commemorated the International Day Against Violence & Bullying (including Cyber Bullying) on the 8th of November 2024 in accordance with the underlying guidelines of NEP 2020 in general and Govt. of India 2021 recommendations under “Guidelines on School Safety and Security” in particular. With unflinching focus on UNESCO’s theme of “Protect, educate, empower: Learners call for safe and inclusive schools”, IVWS strived to instill the importance of safe schooling culture among all its stakeholders on the auspicious day. To enshrine the importance of a safe, inclusive and meaningful school environment, various activities were organized for students of Grades 6 to 12 wherein they viewed and comprehended the message of the short film “Chuppi Todo” on YouTube. The CBSE recommended presentation on Prevention of School-related Gender-based Violence was also shown and explained to students across the Grades 6 to 12. 

Further, students, parents and teachers of the IVWS family participated in the Webinar on the theme of “Protect, Educate, Empower: Learners Call for Safe and Inclusive Schools.”
